N. Nabila Hoque is an Associate of the Gazi Law Associates. She is a Barrister of The Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn. She completed her Honours and Masters-in-Law (with major in Environmental Law) from University of Northumbria, UK and is an Accredited Civil Commercial Mediator of ADR-ODR International.  Barrister Nabila started her legal career in 2016 and since then she has gained experience in corporate affairs, company secretarial matters and regulatory functions. Her work experience comprises of, but is not limited to, the following: Drafting articles of incorporation and memorandums of association, Filling up the required forms for registration of the company with RJSC, Obtaining appropriate business licenses and permits, Assisting with board meetings, AGM, EGM and any board resolutions, Ongoing corporate secretarial services , Corporate due diligence, Share Transfer & Issuance, Increasing/Decreasing Capital, Employment agreements, Winding up of company, Legal Opinions and Legal Notices, Facilitating Mediation/Settlement negotiation. She also has ample experience in stakeholder management, legal research, payroll management & tax, intellectual property matters, labour issues, land matters etc.
